I'm in the middle of outlining for 1st amendment and I want to jab a hot poker into one of my eyes. It's terrible.
Fortunately, a friend sent me most of her classnotes, but even with those it's a mess. The class had absolutely no structure, whatsoever.
So I'm trying to piece together an outline using class notes, my reading notes (thank Jeebus I briefed some of the cases as I read) and another outline I found.
But I wanted to take a break to share something funny:
I only went to that class ONCE in March. At least I only have my own notes from one day. So either I skipped the rest or I didn't bother saving my notes.
Ahahahahahaha.
